How it Works
Long gone are the days of a pocket watch swinging in front of a person falling into a hypnotic state.  Hypnotherapy is not a stage event, it’s a dynamic, powerful tool recognized in the healthcare industry. You cannot be commanded to perform stunts on stage - you are in control and totally aware of everything going on around you during hypnotherapy. In fact, you are totally in control of your subconscious mind – something most people don’t get to experience very often.

Hypnotherapy, also called Guided Visualization, is a natural, highly relaxed state of mind somewhere between sleep and wakefulness. You are in a hypnotic state when you first wake up in the morning, as you go to sleep at night, when you listen to music, and even when you are driving a familiar route in your car.  Your subconscious mind is in charge during those events, and hypnotherapy is simply a way to access your subconscious mind - on demand. Your subconscious mind stores your memories and with hypnotherapy, you can access those memories  and associated thought patterns in order to change and release those patterns to create desirable results in your life.  In the hypnotic state, you are more receptive to new ideas and can more effectively process the emotions tied to the behaviors you want to change.
